Founder & President
Angela Stamoulos
Angela Stamoulos is a realtor, real estate investor, and community leader with deep roots in Oakland Beach. She began investing locally in 2012 and has remained committed to the beautification, revitalization, and long-term care of the neighborhood she proudly calls home.
As Co-founder and President of the Oakland Beach Revival Society, Angela leads volunteer-driven projects that strengthen community pride and improve the neighborhood. She collaborates with residents, city leaders, and local partners to support arts, culture, and initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Oakland Beach.
With decades of real estate experience, including serving as Regional Vice President for Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island at Coldwell Banker Realty, Angela brings expert guidance, strong industry connections, and a trusted network of local contractors and service providers. Outside of work, she enjoys walking the beach with her dog, gardening, and cooking for family and friends.

Elizabeth White
Elizabeth (Beth) White is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a longtime Warwick resident, having lived in the area for 26 years. Oakland Beach has always held a special place in her heart, and in 2021, she and her family realized a longtime dream by purchasing a home in this vibrant community.
Beth is a co-founder and secretary of the Oakland Beach Revival Society, where she applies her dedication and organizational skills to help preserve, revitalize, and celebrate the neighborhood. She is passionate about supporting initiatives that enhance the community’s natural beauty, foster connections among residents, and create a welcoming environment for all who live in and visit Oakland Beach.

Founder & Treasurer
Heather Manchester
Heather Manchester has spent 30 years in the consumer products industry, specializing in strategic planning, cross-functional project leadership, and driving transformative initiatives that deliver results. Beyond professional work, she is deeply committed to community revitalization and civic engagement. As Co-founder and Treasurer of the Oakland Beach Revival Society, She applies strategic and project management skills to a cause close to the heart: revitalizing and sustaining the natural and social vibrancy of the coastal community.
Heather has been connected to Rhode Island as a seasonal resident for over 19 years and became a full-time in Oakland Beach resident in 2023. With summers at the beach dating back to childhood, this long-term connection has fostered a deep appreciation for the local culture, environment, and community needs.

Director of Coastal Stewardship and Ecology
Jessica Turcios
Jessica Turcios is the Director of Coastal Stewardship and Ecology at the Oakland Beach Revival Society. Since moving to the area, Jessica has walked Oakland Beach nearly every day, developing a deep connection to its landscape. Observing the wildlife, birds, and coastal meadows through the changing seasons has strengthened their commitment to caring for and sustaining this special place for the community and future generations.
Jessica is a practicing horticulturist in South County with five years of professional experience, currently working with Wild and Scenic Inc. and participating as an apprentice with RINLA. With a background in art and landscape design, Jessica brings both ecological expertise and creative vision to our work, blending environmental stewardship with thoughtful design to enhance and preserve Oakland Beach’s natural beauty.
